Selenium

Probably the best words to describe my behavior these days. Been in hibernation mode for the past few months, waiting patiently, recouping energy.

Some are designed to build. Others are designed to lead. And there are few who are born to create. Which are you?

Light & dim

Up and down. What is up? What is down? Does the direction really matter? Or merely a case of relativity? Does it really require an equation to put it in place?
If it's important to you, then my answer would be yes.

Joyous

Was by my favourite candid place today when I passed by the ground level cafe and Janice (Artist) waved for me to join her. Apparently she was expecting her photog and mistook Jeff as the man. :)

My light

Lost my key pouch Friday but the kind driver returned it to the guard house. Interestingly, the prospect of loosing my key pouch with my cards do not sound much alarm.

Once loose cannot be tamed. September 1st. No more.

One way

Reprise from the feathers. Too many will make the soup tasteless.
Suddenly, the idea of going on a wandering in Turkey has become a temptation. The sheer thought of walking leisurely in the alleys of the old quarters in Istanbul in the evenings is simply irresistable. And in the morning fog... Imagination runs wild!

It aint getting better. Literally waiting for Jeff. Earth tones work like a charm.
Now where's my painted bunting? Been MIA for quite a while.

It about...

It's not about b&w and two legged mammals. It's about passion for feathers. Not just feathers but exotic species with flamboyant hues of green and blue. It's about tanagers.

Puppet Show

I cannot be a buddha cause I have no compassion for human beings. I cannot be an erhat, cause I refused to listen to the teaching of an enlightened being. But I can be Jeff, being myself. That I can be self satisfied and nothing else.
All to himself. All for himself. I will be devil for a day.

Renouncing from the mundane world. He was once a prince. But no more.
>>After experiencing momentary "V", turbulence sets in. Worldly emotions knows no depth. Penchant is all but comprised of lust for power, chained in a perpetual cycle of live and death, diseases and sufferings of the flesh. Probably tis time...

My Turn

Remembering the little terns. Apparently they are fairing quite well in the eastern part of the island, not restricted to coastal areas.

My Horn

From Ubin all the way to Ferry point Jeff heard a chain of loud cackle, yak-yak-yak. These feathers appear to omnipresent. A widespread and fairly common resident throughout most of the region. Rare resident in Singapore.Came as a pair. Female's casque is smaller and darker than the male's. Female, shown foraging in wild orchids.

Alice

Tap 3 times and the shoes will bring you home.
Decided to drop by the old Parliament house today to visit the on-going photography exhibition when I met a fellow blogger Heng. Of course he does not know me. When I turned around, he was by the entrance and our gaze locked momentarily like some Déjà vu experience out of a movie cut scene. The world is really tiny.
Back to the exhibit, I must concede a couple of b&w has the depth, urging me to raise my hand for a stark moment short of touching the photo! The rest are merely walking down history lane. Nothing really inspirational. Probably one has to experience to appreciate.
Like snippets from a dying brain, Jeff recalls a mammoth HP9180 strategically placed before the entrance to the exhibit. The sheer size of its footprint kill the idea of owning one for now. Next to it is a large format printer, with some sample prints lay ascattered in the embrace of the paper rag. Tis only when I apprach that the lady kindly lay them aligned on top of the printer, in a vain effort to enthuse a man with his ears plug in music haven.

Litter

Pile of cash. Feels weird to be walking around wadding a pile of cash. Feels like "paper money". If only it's fibre based. Gone were the days of the paper based notes. In its place, high quality engineered plastics. The joke is we use these notes of different denomination to exchange for needs and wants. One of the products is the litter.
In Japan, its citizens have been educated to treat recycling as a part and parcel of living. Here, we employ fine systems to get things done. Welcome to the city of fines.

The heatwave has wrought much havoc on my bodily clock of late. Everything seems so retarded, as if mired in mud. Ticking of the biological clock.
