>> patience have been paper thin. guess really need to revisit the sunbirds to retrieve what's forgotten less totally lost. Been craving for the black beauty but really have to wait it out till yr end. Saliva gland on shortage here! I guess good things are worth the wait.

Understanding composition- though there is no hard and fast rules for a perfect image, there are certainly guidelines to stick to to create a pleasing image. If the photographe behind this image were to position himself behind the subject and capture a part of the subject's subject, then another story will unfold. Strangely, the idea of getting a super telephoto pops up. The latest VR enabled 500mm is definitely out of reach, the version 2 is a much better bet. But probably this is just a thought. Jeff is a sucker for IS/VR long lenses. Almost a fetish for perfect optics.

Been a while since I last created a street image that's common to my inner vision. Days of work has but dulled all my senses and  on this Labour Day, my senses took a break and released into the wild. This mighty little jewel continues to amaze me with its stellar performance.
