Leaves and Hopper
A poetic reunion. Through the eye of a polariser. Amazing how the surface highlights are totally subdued by polarising 45deg clockwise. The result is silky smooth background at maximum DOF. The star is the hopper duo.
P.S. 4GB worth of images brought my system memory to a halt. Seems that 2GB of memory is insufficient to feed the memory intensive monster 5D files. arhhhh... more $ plunder...

Raining tree
P.S. The day has come when I have to part with my faithful workhorse and pass it on to the hands of another photographer to continue the spirit of Arts creation. The weight has laden me much but its performance is of course quite unparallel. Been through rain and shine in many foreign land, never had to occupy a place in my mind. Now a new eye has come, to see the glory of the light in full frame.
Let me introduce the EOS 5D into the happy family of four.

just thin
She took to the steering wheel but has no idea of her next stop. The destination is waiting but she is lost in a maze of choices. I can never understand the logic of a lady driving behind the steering wheel, cause more often than not, she will try to squeeze through an impossibly tiny space. Now where is that sense of space eh? I was right all along and she is no exception. Merely a player, not a leader.
Last ray of light diminished.

One too many
Another life out of rocks emulation. Wonder what's with my strange fascination with strange subjects and themes.
P.S. "Art is a metaphor for expressing an artist’s feelings. As long as an artist is true to his or her feelings and makes an attempt to express them in a genuine fashion, then it is not up to any viewer to judge that artist’s works."-- Pete myers. AN except from "From the Big House, to the Outhouse".
The Myers Certainty Principle of Photography states:
The closer your heart is to your subject, and the shorter the exposure, the more certain you will be in capturing its essence in the brief, fleeting moment we call “feeling.”

Nature's Gift
The forth dimension in a mundane world. Filter away the cocaphony of city living and u'll see nature's wonder. In a fleeting moment, the dense foliage broke for the rays to illuminate the trunk partially for that briefest moment.
P.S. Through the eyes of a full frame viewfinder is simply awesome! I have much to learn, to see and to hear through this newly found toy. 1yr to culminate the feeling of attachment and this sudden switch is nothing like the death threat of a falling axe on my creativity, like I first thought. Everything seems more natural and flows much better. My "qi" is also smoother. However, the fundamentals never change. Just leave it as it is.

Pink watch
Al least here's one whom is well protected, unlike those scantily clad and under aged ladies by the metallic beasts! I wonder what she's got in her cam?
P.S. Bag of diseases. When the fever seemed under control, the incessant coughing sets in and Jeff is having a lung convulsion every minute...
& well... it seems inevitable I will have 2 super telephotos after all. poor Ms piggy...

Forever Green
I am in stark danger of becoming a vegetable man and risk losing my birdman title. Well not that it's important...
n for the third straight day my temperature maintained at 37+... something is wrong...
What a high price for a rugby match.. n what a weakling I have become... must be the first signs of aging...impeccable no more...
