image looks bit defocussed. defocused imaging is also good art. in my house i have picture of flower, half part of it has defocused image but it looks very attractive. ie something new...unconventional.... mind should keep thinking...
Selective focusing. Gives a perspective of depth. For the photographer to isolate the subject from its surrounding. That's the beauty of thin DOF (bright aperture).
to isolate two objects->double exposure with different focus
hotspots. double exposure can give overlay problem and decrease the resultant defocus window, which is undesirable. The final aerial image with have doubles!
